Welcome to BharatReach. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our Restaurant & Cafe Automation Software (including POS, KDS, and QR Table Ordering features). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription & Services
- BharatReach provides a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and restaurant management system.
- Access to features is dependent on the subscription plan chosen (Basic, Intermediate, Premium).
- You agree to use the software solely for managing your restaurant operations.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and staff PINs.
- You are responsible for accurately entering taxes, GST rates, and menu prices. BharatReach is not liable for taxation calculation errors caused by incorrect configurations.
- You must ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and local laws regarding the sale of your products.
3. Payments and Billing
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of your account.
4. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for lost sales during temporary outages, though our POS includes offline support to mitigate such issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BharatReach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan.
