How to Request Data Deletion

Method 2: Account Dashboard (Self-Service)

  2. Navigate to SettingsAccount Settings
  3. Scroll to Data & Privacy section
  4. Click on "Request Data Deletion"
  5. Select data categories you want to delete
  6. Confirm your request
  7. You will receive a confirmation email

A: Typically 30 days from identity verification. Backup systems may take up to 90 days to completely remove all traces.

Q: Will my wallet balance be refunded?

A: Yes, any remaining wallet balance will be refunded to your original payment method (minus payment gateway processing fees).

Q: Can I create a new account after deletion?

A: Yes, you can create a new account anytime. However, previous account data will not be restored.
